JASON M. GRAY
FOUNDER/THERAPIST
Jason is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Connecticut with more than a decade of experience helping individuals navigate mental health, substance use, and life’s more difficult transitions.
Jason is currently completing his Doctorate in Education at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Master of Science in Counseling, did his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University and has worked in the field since 2011. Over the years, Jason has supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, and patterns that may be keeping them from living the life they want.
Jason believes that effective therapy begins with a genuine relationship built on trust, openness, and respect. His approach is compassionate and collaborative, while also recognizing that meaningful change sometimes requires honest conversations and a willingness to look at what may no longer be working. He draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction principles to meet each person where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.
Whether you are struggling with something that has been weighing on you for years or simply feel stuck and unsure of what comes next, Jason provides a supportive, judgment-free space to slow down, gain perspective, and begin creating meaningful change.

HUDSON
CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER
Hudson is our Golden Retriever and, while he has no official responsibilities at the practice, he takes his unofficial role very seriously.
You may occasionally see Hudson around the office, where his primary duties include welcoming guests, providing unsolicited emotional support, supervising from a comfortable location, and accepting as much attention as humanly possible. He has an impressive ability to make himself available whenever someone is willing to provide him with some attention.
Hudson believes everyone who walks through our doors is there partly to see him—and honestly, he may not be entirely wrong.
He doesn't answer phones, manage appointments, or handle paperwork, but he is always available for a friendly greeting. His schedule is flexible, his standards are low, and his enthusiasm for meeting new people is exceptionally high.
